Our Story

Good Mental Health: Empowering Minds and Breaking Stigma

The Good Mental Health (GMH) Initiative is a youth-led awareness project working to break the stigma around mental health in Central Asia. Through social media campaigns, online awareness sessions, and community engagement, we create safe, inclusive spaces for people to learn, share, and support one another.
